Terms of enrolment and website use

1. Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with Education Training (“Education Training”, “we”), an approved centre for Qualifi, OTHM and EduQual. Our address and contact details are shown below.

2. Applying and offers

Submitting the online application and paying the £10 enrolment fee completes your enrolment. We assess your application against the awarding body's published entry requirements and email an offer, or ask for further information, within one working day. Once you enrol, we email your course activation link within 24 hours. An offer is accepted when you make the first course-fee payment shown on it. Places are subject to availability and to the awarding body continuing to list the qualification.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are shown in pounds sterling on each qualification page and on your offer. The fee on your offer is the fee you pay; later price changes do not affect enrolled learners.
• You may pay in full or by the instalment plan shown on your offer. Instalments are due on the dates stated; access to assessment and certification may be paused while an instalment is overdue.
• The £10 enrolment fee is paid when you apply and is separate from the course fee. Awarding-body registration and certification fees are included unless your offer states otherwise.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, provided you have not submitted any assessment for marking. After 14 days, or once work has been submitted, fees are non-refundable except where we withdraw the course, in which case we refund all fees paid for units not yet assessed. Awarding-body registration fees already paid on your behalf are not refundable once registration has been made.

5. Your study

• You have access to the learning platform, unit materials and tutor support for the registration period stated on your offer. Extensions are available for a fee.
• Qualifications that require teaching practice or assessment practice need a suitable placement and a workplace mentor or witness; arranging this is your responsibility, although we will advise.
• All work submitted must be your own. Plagiarism and malpractice are dealt with under the awarding body's procedures and may result in withdrawal without refund.
• Appeals against assessment decisions follow the awarding body's appeals process, which we will send you on request.

6. Certification

Certificates are issued by the awarding body — Qualifi, OTHM or EduQual — once all units have been achieved, internal verification is complete and the awarding body's external quality assurance has been carried out. Typical issue time is 6–12 weeks after your final result. We cannot issue certificates ourselves or alter awarding-body timescales.

7. Use of this website

Course facts are imported from the awarding bodies and re-checked nightly; explanatory text is written by our admissions team. We take care to keep it accurate but it does not form part of your contract — your offer does. Content on this site is © Education Training and may not be reproduced without permission. Qualifi, OTHM and EduQual are trademarks of their respective awarding organisations.

8. Complaints and law

If something goes wrong, contact admissions first; we acknowledge complaints within two working days and respond in full within ten. Unresolved complaints about a regulated qualification can be escalated to the awarding body. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
